Returns should be handled somewhere other then checkout. Your holding everyone hostage. As for your management, your managers are incredible rude. Oh and by the way, I was making a purchase not a return. Unfortunately I could hear your manager dealings with another customer. Not the first time or even the second time. What is it they say about strike three???
